1. Nature of Service (Cloud SaaS Platform)

SEO Dashboard Pro 2.0 provides cloud-hosted SEO reporting, rank telemetry, backlink monitoring, lead attribution, and white-label client portal software on a recurring subscription or lifetime license basis.

2. Subscription Plans, Quotas & Pricing

• Starter Plan: $19 USD/month or $199 USD/year — includes up to 5 active client websites.
• Growth Plan: $49 USD/month or $399 USD/year — includes up to 15 active client websites and white-label branding.
• Scale & Enterprise Plan: $99 USD/month or $699 USD/year — includes up to 50 active client websites and priority support.
• Enterprise Lifetime Pass: $1,999 USD one-time payment — includes up to 50 active client websites with no recurring renewals.

3. Account Responsibility & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and client portal PINs. You may not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, nor attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute the core platform software without authorization.

4. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain 99.9% cloud uptime. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the software service shall not exceed the total subscription amount paid by you during the preceding 30 days.
